We work with you to develop a home care plan that takes into account your unique condition, and we are available to address any issues you may have.

Home care services are designed to give people the assistance they need to maintain their independence in their own homes. Services may include meal preparation, errand running, companionship, housework, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and walking support. Please see our Complete List Of Home Care Services for more information on the services we provide.
Not an issue. We frequently provide care for two people in the same home. There is a small up-charge if both people need hands-on personal care. Our Care Pros frequently offer food preparation, housework, and other basic domestic care for one additional person in the household at no additional cost. Due to the allergic issues they pose and the widespread staffing shortage, owning pets can complicate staffing for many home care firms. Given that Kaydailcare HomeCare is among the oldest and biggest home care providers in Pennyslvania, we don't encounter these issues and can simply provide for you if your home contains non-aggressive pets.
Home care should ideally be provided according to a regular schedule that is established at the beginning of services. This enables you to be partnered with the same Care Pro each week who is well aware of your needs. We've discovered that this is a crucial sign of our clients' contentment. We are aware, however, that schedules may need to change since life happens. We only ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if your schedule needs to change.
To protect each of our Clients and to uphold our strong reputation, we carefully vet all Care Pros. Even though it's uncommon, there's no need to be concerned if it does happen. For your protection, Kaydailycare HomeCare is bonded and insured.
In the counties around Philadelphia, Kaydailycare HomeCare mostly offers home care services. This primarily applies to the counties of Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Lancaster, Chester, and Philadelphia. What services can't home care provide?
Although the majority of people's non-medical personal care needs are met by our services, some services are deemed medical in nature and cannot be provided. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs), depending on the service, are the most qualified to provide medical services; caregivers should never provide medical services. This guarantees that they are carried out securely and correctly.

We frequently collaborate with a medical service provider to provide our services. Receiving personal care and medical care services at the same time is typically the most economical and secure method. The following medical services cannot be provided:

- Prescription bottle setup for medications
- Changing catheters
- IV infusions or use of a picc line for intensive wound care
- Use of feeding tubes
- Ventilation support
Many home care agencies opt not to secure the necessary insurance or workers' compensation. Unfortunately, this puts you at fault for a variety of incidents, including trip-and-falls, back injuries, and automobile accidents. Since Kaydailycare HomeCare is fully insured, you are absolutely protected in the event of an unexpected situation.
Most of the time, our services are covered by your long-term care insurance. To find out if your policy specifically covers "non-medical home care" or "custodial care," it is usually advisable to call the firm you work with as long term care insurance policies are all written differently. Before beginning any services, be sure to have all the information you need about the policies you have, since many of them include waiting periods and/or daily or annual limits. We can even send all the required billing information to your long-term care insurance provider as a favor, greatly simplifying your life.
